Kyle Libby is known as a result-oriented leader within the healthcare real estate community. His keen understanding of healthcare legislation and his extensive experience in working with hospital systems, healthcare REIT’s, operating companies, group and private physician practices has earned him the reputation as a medical real estate expert. Kyle began his real estate career in early 2000 as a tenant representation broker with Cawley International, an international real estate consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. By 2004, his time was dedicated 100% to healthcare real estate. Since then, Kyle has successfully worked with over 1,100 physicians on acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and tenant/landlord representation assignments, totaling over 6M square feet throughout the country. Prior to starting MedCore in April of 2011, Kyle served as Vice President of Leasing and a member of the National Healthcare Advisory Group for PM Realty Group (PMRG), where he lead business development, marketing and brokerage services for PMRG’s medical portfolio and multiple REIT portfolios throughout the region. Kyle began his healthcare real estate career with The Cirrus Group in 2004. While there, he successfully pre-leased 10 medical office buildings totaling over 600,000 square feet across multiple states before being promoted to Senior Leasing Representative where he was then responsible for managing two associates and brokerage services for a 1.2M square foot portfolio consisting of 20 medical office buildings for the nation’s largest healthcare REIT.Kyle is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a member of several real estate organizations.
