Powering efficient, competitive credit union operations, I have more than 25 years of experience leading programs, teams, and technology transformations that modernize member-facing and internal processes as well as portfolio growth.Beginning my career, I served as a credit union financial examiner with the National Credit Union Administration for eight years. During that time, I gained in-depth knowledge of not only the financial successes and complexities of credit unions but also insight into the member and organizational culture. I was drawn to the “member-owned” aspect and with that, these organizations’ ability to truly become pillars within their respective communities. My continued passion for this financial institution niche drives me to continue meeting with members to understand their evolving needs and ultimately create service offerings and experiences that keep exceeding their expectations.
