After receiving a master’s degree in Business Management, Mr. Lundy spent several years as a sales manager for the Dayton Hudson Corporation. Kyle joined the CB Richard Ellis Los Angeles office in 1997, and was named “Regional Rookie of the Year,” the following year. He started the South Bay Advisory Group in 2000 focusing on company representation. The group was the CBRE national or regional office “Team of the Year” for three consecutive years.
