Kyle Lundy has over twenty years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in the sale of investment properties. After receiving his Master’s in business management, Kyle worked at Dayton Hudson Corporation before moving on to CBRE in 1997. At CBRE, he was honored as the regional “rookie of the year” as an industrial broker. In 2000, he joined a Los Angeles team of CBRE brokers that was named the office “team of the year” in the region and once nationally. Mr. Lundy moved to Colorado in 2006 and worked in brokerage and development and obtained his CCIM designation. He rejoined CBRE in 2013 and helped open the Northern Colorado office.Over the course of his career, Kyle has been involved in over 400 transactions with a gross volume of over $1.5 billion dollars. He has also worked as a single point of contact for companies helping to develop real estate strategy and execution. In 2013, his Northern Colorado investment team completed transactions totaling over 720,000 square feet with 85 million dollars in gross consideration. His priority is to help his clients make wise real estate decisions.
