Throughout my 15 years of being in the Hospitality Industry, I received my Bachelors in Foodservice Management from the University of Central Florida in 2013 and went on to continue my education at the Culinary Institute of America and graduated in 2015. With the vision of becoming a well-rounded hospitality and culinary leader, I have spent my years in the industry working in many different sectors, all leading up to working with Compass Group USA as an Executive Chef for both Chartwells Higher Education and Eurest. Post Covid, I joined Foodbuy under the Compliance and Reporting Team and later moved into a Culinary Advisor Role. I am excited to be heading back to Chartwells Higher Education as the Director of Procurement, under the Business Implementation team.
