As the lead hand for the mill operations team I will working closely with the Mill Operations Supervisor to ensure the commissioning, start up, ramp up and commercial production flows smoothly and to ensure all potential issues are worked out efficiently. I will also be responsible for ensuring all operators work in a safe manner and assist mill operators in troubleshooting operational, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation issues to avoid downtime.

• Performed a study on the optimal pressure differential between well pairs based on even temperature start-up and shortest communication time.• Performed a well study on the optimal producer steam rates for different diameter pipes during the circulation phase of start up.• Performed a study on the optimal vertical spacing of well pairs based on an even temperature start-up and shortest communication time.

• Calculated the ore and waste inventory weekly as well as working directly with the Oilsand Specialist to report the grades for shovel extraction.• Weekly pit tours with the Oilsand and Waste Specialists along with road and surface design.• Implemented a new, more accurate, system for reporting grades for shovel extraction based on ageological model.• Created a design file for the coke pit and created maps that were reported to the government.
