Kyle Mathers is a Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer with more than twenty years’ experience in the public sector, energy industry and finance. Kyle’s experience covers company strategy, business plans, business processes, roadmap design and implementation, project management, architectural design, team leading, budgeting, risk analysis and requirements gathering in highly complex and heavily regulated environments. Kyle has worked on some of the largest IT projects in Australia. Kyle was involved in the solution architecture and review of audit and compliance related projects at the Department of Immigration and Citizenship and the Australia Taxation Office. These roles focused on ensuring software based solutions enforced staff to comply with all directives before engaging in compliance operations. These solutions ensured that all appropriate records and logs were kept for any subsequent legal action.Kyle spent over 6 years working on the digitisation of licence administration across the NSW Government. During this time he was involved with over 30 government departments and was involved in digitising over 150 different licence processes.In 2019 Kyle decided to move back home to Victoria to enable Mythradon to enter the market.
