Working in the busy collections department at welcome finance I was responsible for over 400 accounts totaling over £1.8m. My main duties involved completing PSA’s (problem, solution, arrangement), taking customer payments in person and over the telephone, putting solutions in place to customer problems and pushing for every customer to make at least a full payment during every calendar month. I was regularly the top performer in my branch, area and region; also, I regularly exceeded monthly targets set out for: least amount of delinquent accounts and highest percent of cash collected for each month and quarter.
