I was responsible for teaching the welders about the welding processes they are using, and how to be as efficient as possible. I am responsible for shearing and testing weld certification tests, and updating welder continuity logs. I inspect everything that my welders produce, and make sure they are following a schedule. I am also responsible for ordering consumables and tag pull and fastener items.

I was responsible for pulling parts and setting up jobs for my welders, i would perform first article inspections, as well as provide troubleshooting for what ever problems would arise.
