Through Desoutter software, I was able to code a step-by-step, instructional guide on how to repair a Toyota transmission, which would restrict users from using wrong tools, automatically calibrated the tightness needed for bolts, and even gave diagnostic for different issues. -Took part in business meeting and diligently wrote notes on customer needs and expectations to meet. In which, I traveled to different meeting around the area and met with different engineers and managers going as far as West Virginia.
