  In 2004 as a 19 year old young man, I was Hired in as a front-end loader operator, From there I moved into maintenance of traffic dealing in traffic control, keeping work zones safe and public safety, maintaining an advance traffic control certification. I have also moved around to different fields in road construction and building my level of experience, including operating heavy equipment, Earthworks, roadway, concrete, underground, along with milling and paving. In 2016/2017 I became a manager/foreman in building retaining wall, developing skills in time management, production management, managing project safety. As a project foreman I strive to work safely and manage risk, keep the best interest of the company first. Budget and productivity. Planning and scheduling. Working with employees to build safety first motto, work ethics and doing the right thing, communication and confidence.
