My background consists of Environmental Compliance Services for 25+ years in the UST & AST petroleum industry and in return I use my experience, resources and knowledge to complete projects and assist clients to get the job done while providing a strategical economical solution to fit the clients needs. I have performed countless 3rd Party UST Inspections and provide technical written recommendations for regulatory compliance in accordance with state and federal regulations. I have interpreted and apply state regulations, statutes, permits and policies pertinent to the Maryland Department of the Environment's Land Management Oil Control Program and other specifically assigned functions of the Maryland Department of the Environments Water Management and Air & Radiation Management Administrations. I have perform new installations, removals, retrofits and upgrades to UST systems in accordance with state and federal regulations. I have an STI SP001 Certification to inspect aboveground storage tanks up to 50,000 gallons. I have inspected petroleum sites, hazardous substance storage sites, and transportation facilities. I have numerous certifications and developed a "Underground Storage Tank Compliance Outreach" program for mutliple county governments within the state of Maryland as well as a State of Maryland UST Technician Refresher Course (Coastal UST Education, LLC) that is certified/approved by the Maryland Department of the Environment Oil Control Program.
