- Maintain records inventory- Track and record all records movement- Collect monthly engine utilizations and ECM trend data from all lessees- Organize and maintain engine records for sale or lease, by ensuring accurate posting, tracking and filing of all records- Communicate with customers throughout lease and lease return process in regards to records questions or concerns- Contact operators or OEM's for missing documentation or records corrections- Generate mini packs for internal and external customers, sales, marketing, etc.- Generate LLP sheets and create LLP traceability packages- Obtain and distribute the FAA Biweekly AD listings to various departments- Ensure all data received during lease and lease return process reviewed and distributed to correct departments- Review engine records to build engine history and LLP trace- Attend daily production meetings to ensure shops records needs are met
