•Be a part of the two man team who manage a fleet of six aircraft in California and a 15 crew members•Send quotes out to incoming requests around the clock in a reasonable timeframe•Contact prospective clients•Manage existing clients•Determine availability of aircraft and crew•Seek alternative options via personal and professional networking if unavailable (see previous broker exp.)•Schedule company owned jets for flights•Coordinate with Chief Pilot, PICs & SICs to ensure flights are covered and within FAA guidelines•Responsible for all domestic and international flight planning•Schedule and reserve hotels & transportation for crew•Create and send fuel releases for jets on the ground•Familiarize crew with airports, weather conditions, and NOTAMs•Send, file, and confirm contracts for both wholesale and retails charter clients•Manage accounts both payable and receivable for any contracted flights•Manage and oversee all catering, special needs, and accommodations for both crew and passengers•Be available 24/7 for passengers and crew
