Furnace stability with analysis of coercivity and magnetic saturation on cemented carbides with a high amount of carbide forming elements.* Digitization - Data analytics with use of python, custom displays of critical production visualizations with Django, Integrating manufacturing executable system with existing machinery and new. Data driven adjustment of sintering heat treatment cycles. Root cause analysis to determine investment strategy, and new machinery specifications. *Automation - Semi-automated the metallurgical, geometrical and visual inspection using AI. Integrated machinery into a production environment of 1 million products a week. Reduced lead times and increased measurement accuracy.*Leadership - Several investment application written and funded, including a 20MSEK project to inspect cemented carbide blanks. Managed multiple projects at the same time working with RnD and production.
