As a Mental Health Case Coordinator at Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare, I manage a large caseload of Adult MH Individuals, ensuring that they receive the best care possible. I collaborate closely with the treatment team to create and update treatment plans and assessments, monitor service delivery and progress, and meet evidence-based outcomes as per contract. I have successfully helped many individuals improve their mental health and quality of life through my dedicated and compassionate work.My passion for helping others stems from my diverse background and education in psychology and biology. I earned two bachelor's degrees from Sam Houston State University, where I also participated in the Integrative Health Lab as a Research Assistant. I contributed to various aspects of clinical research, such as data entry, collection, transcription, and editing, resulting in publications. This experience enhanced my skills in communication, problem solving, and critical thinking, which I apply in my current role. I have also obtained a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, in order to deepen my understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics. My research interests focus on workplace efficacy and well-being. I aspire to use my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in the behavioral healthcare field and beyond.
