As a greeter a Piedmont Hospital, Kyle welcomes patients and visitors at strategic entrances to the hospital. He provides navigation assistance and escorts guests to the appropriate location. Kyle exercises his customer service skillset and plays an integral part in the hospital’s culture by welcoming all who come through the doors.
