• Create and maintain an automation framework using Selenium Webdriver for functional testing of Medical Portals. • Create and maintain automation scripts to be used in the above framework • Responsible for the development and implementation of manual testing process and documentation • Liaising with Developers to implement the automation framework into the development/build process • Leading junior manual testers in how to user in-house tools and process’ • Working with Project Manager and Resource manager to manage testing resource and allocate resource to testing projects • Liaising with clients on projects to deal with UAT feedback and implementation • Managing a small QA team of manual testers

• Maintenance of current automation framework • Running automation suite during SIT ◦ Processing of automation results to Release Manager and QA Manager ◦ Reporting of failed automation tests and root cause analysis • Attending sprint planning meetings and advising of impact on automation framework • Creation of process documentation pertaining to automation within the SDLC • Running of automation suite within the staging environments of individual feature requests • Research and implementation of industry-wide best practices within the automation team • Management of a small team of junior automation testers

• Creation of manual test cases • Advising of testing time frames • Bug and defect tracking • Liaising with the software development team regarding defects • Communication with Project Managers and Business Systems Analysts to report on workload and progress of change requests • Attending sprint planning meetings and advising of testing requirements • Creation and dissemination of change documents to the wider-business • Awareness and implementation of team best practice • Hosting of knowledge shares within the QA department regarding changes to the system
