“Where there is a will, there is a way.” My journey as an IT professional began when I did technical support for Dollarama stores and franchise restaurants.That later grew into an opportunity at a publicly traded company in the food industry with ownership of over 80 brands. Exposure to the corporate world was a stepping stone for my career. I was given the opportunity to hone my technical skills there. My mandate changed from helping the stores to supporting over 500 employees from several corporate offices. I learned about true leadership, teamwork, and hundreds of apps and platforms.I am currently consulting at METRO, a leader in Canadian grocery and drug stores (Jean Coutu).
