Coordinate between different departments to align IT services and integrations.-Streamline Onboarding and Offboarding of staff and student accounts utilizing Quickbase in conjunction with Microsoft’s cloud services to leverage Power Automate, Entra and other services.

- Coordinate activities and provide budgeting for GOVS technology department.- Maintenance of current district website & redesign and deployment of new website for FY 22-23- Research, design and implement inventory services as well as a ticketing system for staff & students for FY 22-23.- Research potential automation solutions / streamlining of data driven tasks involving the pre registration waitlisting, enrollment and the onboarding of students into SIS.- Service and maintain GOVS internal server responsible for test tracking, file hosting, and Access databases.- Maintenance and operation of network equipment.- Preparation and presentation of training materials for staff on the use of network related services.- Management of Verizon business account responsible for staff cell phones as well as student data services.- Management of staff and student accounts as well as ChromeOS based endpoints through Google Admin.- Coordinate with coach and students to enter GOVS into the Ohio Esports program.

- Video production & editing of GOVS events.- Budgeting and requisition of AV equipment.- Coordination and setup of AV equipment for GOVS events.- Eventual "relaunch" and management of GOVS profiles on various social media platforms.
