After finishing my course in Computer Networking Internet Security I started my job as Hardware Technician. Throughout the province of Nova Scotia I would interact with managers of banking institutes where I resolved issues with the ATM machines. i.e. hardware malfunctions such as paper and cash jams, ink cartridge/toner and network connection issues, etc. Being in contact with large amounts of cash I worked closely with the security to ensure safety. Another big part of the job was to install and configure Moneris Debit Machines all over Nova Scotia NSLC (Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation) with 106 locations in total. After installing the machines I would provide training to the staff and management at each location.
