Started programming at the age of 12, and developed a fascination with how the software works and with the tools used to make it. I started my programming career in the robotics field, where I fell in love with what programming could accomplish. One of my most notable achievements was a computer vision system that could detect a ball using a phone camera and manipulate the robot to interact with this object. I then moved away from robotics into the world of systems programming, which opened the door to new projects and ideas. Finally one of my career highlights came from an unexpected love for developing UI experiences on the web which resulted in me becoming a web team lead. This allowed me to further excel in my studies in the computer science field. I’ve also been exposed to the necessary software engineering fundamentals through my final year project to develop an intelligent visitor management system.
