• Coordinate and manage Tucson Youth Developments Work Experience Program for participants of the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act Program (WIOA ) • Develop working relationships with local businesses and community agencies • Conduct presentations at schools, job fairs, and community events to promote Tucson Youth Development and Pima County Youth Services • Develop specific job opportunities that match current market labor needs in high demand career areas within Pima County • Work with the marketing team to maintain business development awareness of youth programs and services through a variety of social media websites • Obtain user agency agreements and job descriptions from businesses wanting to participate in the Work Experience Program • Assist youth participants’ with interviewing skills, resume help, and employability skills before being assigned a worksite • Maintain data pertaining to each participant and complete monthly reports

• Provide case management services for disadvantage youth, ages 16-24, through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program • Recruit, screen, and interview potential clients to determine initial eligibility for services • Assess clients’ needs, educational/job interests, and educational/vocational readiness • Report monthly on client outcomes related to service plan attainment, educational progress, skills acquisition, job placement, and job retention • Prepare and submit reports and statements of activity per WIOA and contract guidelines • Maintain paper and computer-based records, including individual client case files • Counsel clients on educational and skill requirements necessary to attain their goals • Help clients’ obtain financial assistance through Arizona@work • Network with employers and coordinate job placement worksites for clients • Coordinate service plan and referrals to other community agencies

• Coordinated After School and Summer Work Experience programs for youth, ages 14-21 • Conducted orientations and on boarding paperwork for work experience participants • Assisted with employability workshops which taught such skills as: resume writing, interviewing techniques, soft skills and job readiness • Networked with employers to developed work experience opportunities • Matched participants needs, skills, and interests with available job placement opportunities • Met regularly with job site supervisors to ensure successful work experience placements • Maintained effective communication and resolved problems that may have arose regarding a participants behavior and/or work performance • Monitored participants time sheet records, checking for accuracy of time reported

Supervised inmates to ensure compliance of facility rules & regulations. Diffused disruptive and destructive behaviors through problem solving, crisis intervention, advice, guidance and counseling. Utilized physical force and restraint techniques as needed to subdue and restrain detainees. Performed searches of inmates & living areas checking for contraband. Conducted daily operations including mail, clothing, and meal distribution. Maintained written log of all activity conducted throughout shift. Escorted inmates around facility and responded to emergency situations. Monitored for rule infractions and completed disciplinary reports as needed.
