All stations were stocked with proper chemicals prior to opening, and the restrooms would be consistently cleaned and stocked to the best of my ability. Proper receiving of truck shipments, with careful attention to product rotation and assisting guests with any questions they may have as well as ensuring their comfort in the establishment were also priority tasks.

At Cracker Barrel Old Country Store it was my primary role to execute any all duties I performed in a safe, timely manner with attention to detail and to strive for excellence in my work. I was tasked with daily cleaning duties that included handling chemicals in a safe manner to clean sections of the restaurant to the best of my ability. I cleaned the walk-in freezer, the walk-in cooler, the trash area, the dish pit, the salad prep station, the cold prep station, as well as the dumpster area. I paid immense attention to detail in clean-up duties and ensured that I left those stations exceeding the standards of cleanliness. All dishes I was sent were properly washed and and sanitized according to regulations, and the equipment was kept in good shape for peak efficiency. Waste was disposed of and broken down properly in a safe, efficient manner. I was also tasked with cold food preparation, such as salad and portioned items. My station would be reset after every project, with acute attention to cleanliness to prevent cross contamination. Every portion bag was weighed within strict specifications set by both the recipe books and management staff. After 12:00 PM, i was required to tend to the salad prep station on addition to my cold prep duties. All items were made in a timely manner, and communication with the other staff was necessary in case I needed to hold off for a bit on the item for the rest of the order. I was also tasked with bussing and cleaning tables, paying attention to cleanliness and be mindful of all guests, as to not disturb them. All tables would be cleaned off and sanitized in a neat and timely manner, with the table reset to its proper former organization for the next guests.
