Taking control of the print production of the store, along with leading the team on scheduling turn times of specific jobs. Being able to manage the floor staff on balancing the counters of shipping, printing, and the retail section. As well as using communication to convey the orders in the system to the next shift and how they should be carried on.

As the manager my job is to meet all customers needs in printing of any kind and shipping.

Many tasks are required with my position, but what I enjoy most is working with the customers to design what they need and printing it for them. Also having learned how a large company works, and how shipping and transit works on a larger scale helps me become a better worker everyday.
