I have spent the past 16+ years as a dedicated employee of Bank of America with roles in Loan Processing, Underwriting (have my DE), management, QA Test Development and Business Support for multiple of business units. Needless to say, I'm a jack of many trades that can provide value to any company that needs my assistance. During my career, I have furthered my education by obtaining my MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas where I learned to develop business plans for individual departments, whole companies, and entrepreneurs. I've spent the last three years supporting groups with exam, audits and assessment deliverables ensuring that they meet the request from an internal/external partner. During that time, there have been limited follow up requests for the groups I have supported. My career progression has been based on my childhood experiences of researching and exploring around my neighborhood. I've never been one to settle for the status quo or "we do it because that's how it's been done" mentality. If there is a better way to do something, I'm looking for it during my day-to-day work. It's not about cutting corners, it's about becoming more efficient and effective so I can grow myself and also help the company I'm working with.
