-Led a team consisting of four program managers and two business analysts owning WW productivity, timeliness and defect elimination programs, resulting in operating savings ranging from $1.5MM to $7.5MM per year. -Created and managed project portfolios for studio operational KPIs. Partnered with lean six sigma master black belts to deliver lean six sigma yellow belt and green belt training to 40+ team members across multiple Amazon organizations, and mentored 13 of them.
