About Kyle Simpson
I am a rising 2L law student at WNEU School of Law and an MBA candidate for WNEU. I was the first student at Dean College to complete an accelerated 3+3 program that allowed me to begin law school during my fourth year of undergrad. I graduated from Dean College in Spring of 2024, and I am expected to graduate Western New England in May of 2026. During my time at Dean College, I have made the Dean's List in all but one semester and have been a part of the honors program since I first stepped on campus in 2020. I also was a player and position leader (junior year) for Dean’s baseball team and received two student athlete awards. Additionally, I took an internship class which allowed me to work in a professional environment with Kraft Sports & Entertainment and Gillette Stadium executives. At WNE, I am the Cofounder & President of the Business Law Association and the Treasurer of the Sport Entertainment & Law Association. With my role in these associations, I have organized multiple social, information, and educations events to the benefit of our members and fellow JD candidates. I have also completed over 15 hours of pro bono work through my first year of law school through the Consumer Debt Initiative and WNE’s Center for Social Justice. For my other work experiences, I have worked for the Hit Club, a small baseball and softball company, since I turned 16. One of my work experiences with the Hit Club involved working their baseball summer camp which lasted 5-6 weeks. After my first year, I was appointed head counselor of the 6–8-year-old old age group and was in charge of their safety, organizing agendas, and keeping all the kids involved and behaved. My second work experience with the Hit Club. consisted of throwing soft toss and giving advice to kids of all ages as well as occasionally performing janitorial duties. For my volunteer work, I have spent about 350 hours as a youth counselor, assistant baseball coach, cadet fire fighter, and doing other activities such as bottled can drives and toy collections.
