Pride Island is a 2-day music festival and safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community to celebrate during Pride Month. Previously hosted on various piers on the west side of Manhattan, in 2022 Pride Island moved to Governors Island. As a producer, a few accomplishments include: Creating and implementing new operational systems, managing production schedules with all vendors including barging and ferry schedules, and managing site infrastructure for 5,000 guests a day. As the Event Coordinator for Pride Island, I oversaw and managed the following: Created operational systems, managed site infrastructure, and coordinated production schedules with all vendors on site. Oversaw the infrastructure on Pride Island including: waste management systems including upholding compostable guidelines to support Governors island sustainability initiatives; water infrastructure for vendors and accessible water for guests; all facilities for GA/VIP/Talent; transportation via golf carts for production escorts, talent, and ADA assistance.Organized production schedules with Governors Island to ensure ferry timing and reduce congestion at ferry terminals.Created systems to source and manage all 8 food vendors. Ensured all permits were in line with the Dept of Health/FDNY for the health and safety of guests. Collected all insurance and permitting needs for the event including, COIs, TSFEs, TPA, Fireguard, Sound, etc…Worked to manage all invoices, payments, and expenses.Ensured all volunteers were equipped and supported for their shift. Coordinated with FDNY, production, and firework vendor for the firework finale.

Mill Valley Film Festival has an impressive track record of launching new films and new filmmakers, and has earned a reputation as a filmmakers’ festival by celebrating the best in American independent and foreign films, along side high-profile and prestigious award contenders.My role with Mill Valley Film Festival was to insure the transportation logistics with guests. Specifically focusing on outreach to our volunteer drivers and Guest Relations. We were able to complete over 225+ rides for our guests. Opening and Closing night shuttle logistics and organization to and from galas. Executing quick transportation needs for our higher level guests.

At the University of Oklahoma I played many roles within the athletic department. As the Student Equipment manager I ordered, kept inventory and shipped equipment and articles for the women's soccer team. I would also assist the logistics coordinator with team accommodations such as flights, hotels and meals. Finally I would provide film for the opposing team and practice film as well.
