- Data inputting in the FMIS system- Working with an all-Chinese staff requires skillful Chinese- Gave drivers refunds for gas, based on how far they drove and for how long- Lots of Organizing and cleaning (always moving)- Background check for drivers, and collecting their information

- Made 100 copies of packets for overseas bank account information packets.- All embassy families' bus, tuition, budget checks, and all departing family's refund list- Organizing all VAT packets out of boxes and sorting them by cities and family name- Had to create connections within the Shanghai and Guangzhou Embassy due to misplaced files of Beijing.
