-Oversee more than 120 direct reports.-Founder and President of Orlando Node of Warriors@Amazon Chapter fostering Diversity and Inclusion. -Responsible for mentorship of Area Managers and Shift Assistants to prepare them for further levels of responsibility leading to 3 direct reports promoted to successive levels-Partnered with operations support personnel and other stakeholders to continue to drive efficiencies in the AMZL networks as new metrics are pioneered to manage efficiency. -Directly responsible for completing Peak 2020 floor remap for MCO5 -Directly worked with upstream partners I was able to ensure customer promise, and to develop a standardized process to ensure damaged products were properly shipped to our site from upstream partners. -Promote safety culture inside of MCO5 and DFL8 as well as started the Safety mascot program with weekly bulletins focusing on prominent safety issues.-Hiring manager and interviewer for roles across all of the Amazon AMZL delivery network. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: -Developed a Perfect Scan Rate (PSR) initiative in the building by partnering Operations, Learning and Tom team to improve building scanning health and customer promise. This initiative moved MCO5 from bottom three in the company to top three in five weeks, with an accuracy increase from 88% to 97% during that same period. -Partnered with other sort center managers to teach Kibana, and other deep diving with PSR initiative for increasing numbers-Brought MCO5 from a middle performer to number one of all mixed auto-sort centers for the month of September by focusing on quality and maintained top tier performance month over month. - Led Affinity Groups: Latinos and Warriors at Amazon at site, to improve associate engagement. Created new infinity group for amazon Haitians@amazon which is currently being worked on with the diversity team at Corporate. -Founded Warriors@Amazon Orlando Node

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: - Awarded an Air Medal for acts performed on deployment in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.-Army Commendation medal for duties performed while stationed at Fort Drum, NY.-Rated top 5 of all CW2 in unit by Battalion Commander Fort Drum, NY.- Assistant Coach; led Team USA Military Ice hockey team to a gold medal in the Baltic Military Winter games in 2018.
