Field Reimbursement Manager
CurrentStrategic account management across Illinois and Wisconsin to reduce barriers to access for Xolair and Esbriet. Serve as subject matter expert on payer trends, and provide reimbursement resolution solutions for access, coding and billing issues. Work collaboratively with commercial team members, field-based clinical nurse educators and Access Solutions to ensure awareness of market dynamics and trends, strategic alignment, and customer prioritization Integrate with IL and WI RGMs regarding access challenges and policy issues related to influential health systems and payers Educate key accounts on the Buy and Bill process as they initiate migration from Specialty Pharmacy coverage Serve as the co-lead FRM on the GNE/CVS n-ACT team Provide field-based mentorship for rotational FRM Active member on the Maximizing Partnership Work Product Team Recognized by colleagues with Respiratory FRM Gamechanger Award for Q2 2019
