As ABM on the HERSHEY'S brand, I led strategy development and execution of the S'mores program, a $200M+ program and the largest single investment for the brand. My role directly influenced the full scope of the program including P&L management, innovation, partnership negotiations, merch mix and creative development, customer team support, omni channel optimization, retail analyses, media integrations, creative flighting, and influencer activations. I also led the development of the first brand-led seasonal strategy, managed the financial call for the overall brand, and contributed to white-space innovation growth opportunity consumer research efforts.

As part of my BYU capstone project, I worked with the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer to map the process of innovation at the organization by identifying key cost and customer synergies that were obtained by seven of their previous strategic initiatives. The final deliverable for the project included a map of the innovation process, key findings from these initiatives, interview transcripts from discussions with key stakeholders, and a set of simple rules to ensure success in future strategic initiatives.
