As a Barista at Monks Coffee shop my main goal was to provide delicious coffee beverages to our customers while also creating a warm sense of community. I would always make sure to interact with customers on a comfortable familiar bases and make sure to remember returning customers and greet them accordingly.

Working for Mixson I always wanted to make sure I was providing our guest with excellent customer service every time they would visit so they would feel as if they were coming to talk to a friend. As and assistant manager one of my job duties was to help bring in local creators and artist and sample their products to see if they would sell and fit into the Mixson brand, while working there I brought in over twenty different types of products that sold very well. Being a closing manager for the Market I would need to make sure every night I would count the drawer to make sure that we had met or exceeded our goal for the day and create the deposit.

One of my main functions was Visiting local farmers markets and attending events to sell King of pops to our customer base. I would also help introduce people to the brand and explain what the product was and how it is better compared to other options.

Assisting customers in anything they might be looking for and help them if they needed any advice curating their own personal style and walking them through any questions they might have about expanding there wardrobe. Helping with unpacking any new shipment that had arrived that morning.Also Creating long term relationships with customers was a big part of my day to day work to ensure they would be shopping with us again. I would Check customers out at the end of their visit and make sure they were satisfied with there over all experience.

Providing excellent customer service and making sure that store was always kept clean so guest would be able to easily find what they are looking for. Whenever a customer needed assistance looking for a specific piece or just wanted styling advice I would always go the extra mile to provide them with exactly what they were looking for and/or try to surprise them with something they might of not thought to look at or try on.

Sorted through customers clothing items to select what brands and styles would sell best for our store and give our clients the best possible selection when coming to shop. Provided in depth customer service to further explain our buying process and how out pricing system worked. I would build relationships with our customers to make sure they felt as comfortable as possible selling and buying from our location, and making sure they were always satisfied with there visit.
