As a Partnership Manager/School Games Organiser at Forge SSP, I lead the delivery of high-quality PE and sport programmes for over 28 schools in Sheffield. I work with a team of sports coaches, teachers, and volunteers to plan, coordinate, and evaluate various events, competitions, and festivals that engage and inspire young people to participate in physical activity and develop their skills and confidence.I also manage the Handsworth Grange Community Sports Centre, a multi-purpose sports facility that offers a range of services and activities for the local community. I oversee the operations, marketing, and budgeting of the centre, and liaise with external partners and stakeholders to ensure the provision of a safe, accessible, and inclusive environment for all users. I am passionate about promoting the benefits of sport and physical activity for health, wellbeing, and social inclusion, and I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to enhance my professional development and impact.
