Swami International is an asset management and investment company that has been in business in the Southbay since 1978. Swami is not a fee-based management company, rather all assets are owned in-house. Heading up Acquisitions and Strategic Planning, Kyle oversaw many facets of the company but was primarily focused on sourcing and underwriting potential acquisitions. Since joining Swami International, Kyle has underwritten over $100M in assets.In addition to Acquisitions and Strategic Planning, Kyle led asset management for Swami and worked diligently to lower vacancy rates to less than 2% and to increase collections to over 97%. In this role Kyle managed a team of over 50 employees to implement new policies and procedures to improve the performance of the assets.Lastly, Kyle managed Swami’s back office team based in Delhi, India. With a staff of 8 employees Kyle utilized his broad knowledge of business operations to use this low-cost team to provide support to many areas of the company including accounting, financial reporting, customer service, and marketing.
