Led special projects for Nationwide's Investment Management Group (IMG) focused on operational efficiency and change management, including new product launches, annual 15(c) mutual funds contract renewals, and the relocation of business operations from King of Prussia, PA.• Partnered with legal counsel and IMG leaders to streamline the process and timeline for contract approvals by the mutual funds board of trustees, resulting in improved team collaboration and information quality. Eliminated 1000+ emails and automated 100+ pages of tracking documentation. • Led change management initiatives for multiple critical business processes, including the establishment of an executive committee to oversee liquidity risk management and the implementation of organizational changes to address core product marketing process gaps. • Facilitated the expansion of IMG’s partnership with Nationwide Business Solutions Group (NBSG), matching due diligence needs of NBSG with core capabilities of IMG to improve speed to market for new deals. IMG partnered on $1.2 billion in new business in the two years following implementation. • Prototyped IMG’s automated project management SharePoint site, leveraging Nationwide’s suite of workflow and data visualization tools to drive efficiency and improve user experience.

Managed the relocation of IMG operations from King of Prussia, PA. Executed 26 associate moves, filled 65 open positions and transitioned 100 percent of operational controls with no compliance issues.• Maintained lines of communication and confidentiality with Human Resources, Internal Audit and senior leaders to mitigate people, process and technology risks through active monitoring, procedure documentation, contingency planning, prioritized recruiting and enhanced onboarding. • Coordinated with Corporate Real Estate on move logistics, office and conference room planning, relocation of art, furniture and technology, and the decommission of the King of Prussia facility.• Delivered concise and customized communications to key stakeholders, including executive and board of trustees status reports, project timelines, presentations and associate communications.• Modeled the way through a tremendous amount of change by moving towards conflicts quickly, keeping problems small and making difficult decisions and recommendations with the proper balance between valuing our people and business needs.
