Picking parts, learning about them and the importance of quality control and how to spot any discrepancies, damage, possibile counterfeit parts as well as the procedure if so. Quickly worked my way to trace, communication with our 145 who worked side by side and coordinate with them for any testing, maintenance on certain parts (lubrication of bearings etc) repairs or touch ups and letting salespeople know exact time lines for when this will be ready to ship. Trace which included understanding the importance of the difference between 145, 121 and 129s and certain guidelines to follow which involved working closely with seasoned inspectors, each with 20-40 years of experience. Receiving certification for Shipping Aviation Industry Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods and well as Forklift Certified (OSHA Compliant). Daily and bulk shipping and receiving (same day, next day or ground with FedEx, UPS and DHL). Became an AOG team member and have over a year of experience with this and can expand more on all responsibilities involved.
