I recruited and hired top performers to drive strategy and ensure a frictionless customer experience. I also collaborated closely with internal, customer-facing teams to define messaging. In addition, I developed a near-shore sourcing model for EDI operations. Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:▪ Migrated and launched flagship eCommerce site for ASSA ABLOY. Improved customer experience via search improvements, streamlined checkout, and complete product data/images. ▪ Led and influenced efforts to improve electronic order processing by 15% across distinctive operating companies. ▪ Migrated order processing from on-premise to cloud OCR solution, leading change management and achieving throughput increase.

In this role, I led a Sales & Agency eBusiness Team to define/optimize the strategic digital portfolio to drive profitable growth in The Hartford’s Agency Channel. I created and managed portfolios of projects to digitally enable the sales force and drive independent agent engagement. I also acted as the principal business architect of The Hartford’s B2B online service and marketing portals serving 125K+ users managing $6.2B of in-force premiums. Worked on own time to write application as web-based application. Deployed application which is still in use today 8 months later▪ Re-launched agency locator service to position it as an intrinsic element of The Hartford’s flagship web property, resulting in 70% increase in per user search activity. ▪ Spearheaded project to transform large account sales proposals to digital process that provided sales team with real-time customer insights to increase hit ratios and provided marketing with metrics to measure effectiveness of digital marketing assets.
