Oversee/manage Gratify operating systems. Responsible for identifying talent, conducting in depth research into applicants' education, work history, and overall skill for the job. All responsible for interviewing applicants and providing orientation.

Conducted customer satisfaction studies over the phone throughout the nation as a service to multiple organizations. Our two biggest projects were with The Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and California State Parks.
