Kyle Moser is a Software & Cloud Development. Colleagues describe him as "I have worked with Kyle in a number of capacities over the last 7 years. I first worked with him at Stratus Solutions, one of my first ‘corporate’ software jobs. He had been in the industry longer than me and helped me learn a lot of both technical and, possibly more importantly, professional workplace skills. He is a very methodical problem solver, and I could always count on him to help me work through blockers. A couple years later, I moved to Cloudtamer, and Kyle/Stratus was one of our customers. Working with technical customers can be very challenging, but Kyle was a major exception, he was very calm and methodical even when negatively impacted by software issues, and was always willing to talk through solutions to figure out how we could get this back up and running as quickly as possible. When I left Cloudtamer I was no longer working directly with Kyle, but I still sought (and continue to seek) his advice, both technical and professional. It is rare to work with someone who is in a leadership role in a technical company who is both so technically capable and emotionally intelligent. It can be hard managing a large group of people with a wide range of skills and aptitudes, but he managed to do it with great skill. After Kyle left AI, and when was deciding to leave my job at PingThings, Kyle hired me to work for him. While I was new to the space (crypto) and the language (Rust), Kyle helped guide me in the right direction, and over the span of my 3 month contract, I learned a lot and together we built some pretty interesting and powerful tools. This is all to say I would unreservedly recommend Kyle for any position where you are looking for both strong technical aptitude and high social/emotional intelligence.
