The ad designs are outsourced to Pune, India, and I acted as a liaison between the artists in Pune and the ad reps here at the Post Register. My job was to monitor those ads from beginning stages of the ad rep submitting materials (copy and images) to the final stages of emailing a proof of the completed output provided by the artists and designers in.

As a marketing coordinator at the UISC, I carry out all marketing strategies as a part of a two-man team. We create promotional materials for close to 100 events throughout the school year, including posters, fliers, icons, illustrations, branding, banners, and other formats to build involvement with sustainable practices in the university community.

For this position, I migrated all information from PST's old website to a new, easy-to-use Squarespace site that allows my client(s) to update it on the fly. This was a small job where I created a webpage for an benefit auction. It mostly consisted of creating a simple, yet versatile design that allows for patrons to view the pieces in the exhibit online, and place bids via email.
