Over my nearly two decade insurance career I have handled and managed claims with a wide range of complexity and severity in various fields of causation. While at Farmers Insurance, I advanced my career in technical knowledge working catastrophe, advance loss, litigation, and large loss property claims for nearly a decade. Leveraging this technical knowledge, I later worked in vendor management, managing TPA relationships with customer centric results. With American National Insurance I was responsible for the management and development of the field response teams for Catastrophe and Large Loss, in addition to managing a remote team of field representatives handling property and commercial agriculture claims nationally.At Xceedance I have had the opportunity to learn and work in a multi-line environment. Managing claims files, personal, and TPA wide projects. Leading, coaching and assisting the development of a first in class TPA claims department from the ground up. I am an experienced technical leader and coach with real world experience in handling and managing complex losses.
