Currently, I am employed by Honda Automotive and am seeking mid-level employment in not only the automotive industry, but also in marketing, sales and/or customer service. In my current position, some of my responsibilities include knowing all the parts, makes and models for the company as well as organizing orders, processing payments, and delivery. The most important part of my job is maintaining superior customer service throughout, which includes educating the client on the products they’re purchasing and keeping them satisfied with the company in order to create customer/company loyalty. I work well in both individual and team environments but would prefer experiences with a close-knit team. With exceptional interpersonal skills, I work well with others, provide excellent customer service and maintain myself as a dependable coworker that colleagues can rely on.
