A native of the Vail Valley, Kyle grew up in Eagle-Vail and attended Vail Mountain School. He graduated from the University of Montana in 2005, moved back to the Vail Valley and has been advising buyers and sellers as a full-time real estate agent for over 17 years.Kyle is the #1 agent for the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties company in 2021 and 2022 for gross residential sales volume, and his team, The Denton Advisory Group, has been the #1 team for gross residential sales volume for the past 7 years (2016-2022).Kyle’s high standards for exceptional customer service, integrity and market expertise are the cornerstones of his business philosophy. Kyle is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialists (RSPS). Kyle was also one of the first 15 recipients of the Vail Pro designation from the Vail Board of Realtors, a program designed to increase specific local industry knowledge, history and current events affecting the community.Kyle is a continuous donor to the Sunshine Kids organization and spends time helping with the local Community Food Market and Habitat for Humanity. He also helps as a volunteer youth hockey coach and soccer coach for the Vail Recreation District.Kyle currently lives in Edwards with his wife Nikki and two sons, Saige and Kien.
