- On-Site full time at Mazza Recycling Services (Mazza Recycling, Mazza Mulch, Mazza Scrap)- System Adminstrator - Handle all support requests for a growing company (About 75 users, new employee total growing monthly)- Daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on network, server, and camera systems, such as switches, access points, server machines, Virtual Machines, camera DVR servers, backups, VPN, etc. remotely and on-site- Systems administered include: Microsoft 365, AppRiver, Active Directory, SentinelOne EDR, LogMeIn, DUO, Multiple Unifi Products, Camera Software, SonicWall, VOIP phone systems, Adobe Creative Suite, multiple software designed for recycling/scrap/mulch company use- Handle purchasing, inventory, and setup of VOIP and wireless phones- Maintain an excellent level of customer service to all end users- Major projects include: Mapping all network topology across 3 different sites using Microsoft Visio, creating and maintaining an inventory of all company computers, printers, and wireless phones, handling setup of newly acquired companies (Liberty Waste acquisition 3/2024), setting up and utilizing ITGlue to efficiently document company information

- Tasked with overseeing all Tier 1 and some Tier 2 technical support of over 2000+ user accounts across Barnegat High School and Joseph T. Donohue Elementary- Hands-on with installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting PCs, Chromebooks, Macs, IPads, servers, printers, projectors, Viewsonic TVs, Mitel desk phones, and other “connected” devices daily.- Use Active Directory and Google Admin to manage user accounts and devices- Software used includes: Schooldude (HelpDesk ticket system), Meraki Dashboard, Genesis Edu, DHCP filter, GoGuardian, print server- Ability to swiftly start new school year with minimal delay to ticket responses, even with work order request average up by 400%- Basic back-end network support- Ability to answer technology support questions and explain complex technology concepts to those with less knowledge- AV setup for board meetings and large events (graduation, board meetings, presentations, etc.)
