Job duties include:· Manage patient care.· Medical Sales (Surgical / non-invasive)· Patient screening.· Scheduling.· Manage patient placement.· Communicate with nurses and physicians.· Meet with patients and family members to inform and educate.· Proficient in QuickBooks, Mac-Practice, Infusion soft and Microsoft office.· Handle inbound calls and answer patient questions, needs and concerns.· Connect with new patients via phone, zoom, email.· Process pharmacy orders and respond to inquiries and issues regarding said orders.· Review/obtain comprehensive medical treatment plans. Also, the knowledge on which direction to steer a patient in first as in addressing, prior scalp health, non-invasive, surgical, or internally Bauman Performance to provide optimal results for hair and health.· Communicate with patients to determine and confirm their supply needs.· Arrange and coordinate provision of hotels, car services, Pur-form, VIP patients, Haircuts.· Maintain files.· Patient care tasks· Provide referrals for continuing care.· Help with data collection.· Maintain patient confidentiality.· Knowledge and experience in various medical sales for surgical procedures, non-invasive procedures, SMP, Salon-B, Bauman Performance, and many in office products/medications· Equipped with ample amount of knowledge for all procedures protocol pre-op and post-op.· Consulting with virtual patients and thoroughly reviewing treatment plans for surgical and non-surgical options. Also walking patients through the entire surgical process from start to finish.· Working sales in conference booths (Biohacking).· Ability to work independently in a leadership position.· Critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities.· Desire and ability to always provide excellent patient care, demonstrating compassion and a true desire to help patients.
