Job duties include:· Manage patient care· Patient screening.· Scheduling.· Manage patient placement.· Communicate with nurses and physicians.· Meet with patients and family members to inform and educate.· Handle inbound calls and answer patient questions.· Connect with new patients via phone and email.· Process pharmacy orders and respond to inquiries and issues regarding said orders· Review medication inventory· Communicate with patients to determine and confirm their supply needs· Arrange and coordinate provision of special equipment or therapy for at-home care· Maintain files· Patient case management tasks· Provide referrals for continuing care· Help with data collection· Maintain patient confidentiality· Product sales· Trained in 4 departments· Managing ROI & Sales· Entering all updates, corrections to scheduled surgical procedures· Validates patient physician information and ensures accurate collection· Notifies patients for arrival times protocols, post op and pre op paperwork.· Sending out patient itineraries for hotel/car services for procedure days· Customizing treatment plans for patient’s needs, and communicating this to patient’s· Sales and vast knowledge of products, medications, and surgical procedures· Managing post op appointments & Care
