- Develop and implement a successful revenue generating plan in conjunction with the Program Staff and Executive Director.- Maintain current sponsorship's and work to grow their investment and relationship with WSS.- Oversee and manage all fundraising and company events.- Work with WSS staff to identify all sponsorship opportunities and execute partnership elements.- Oversee all billing and collection processes.- Develop and grow relationships with professional and collegiate sports teams in conjunction with WSS.- Oversee all sponsorship and revenue generating activities for the Midwest Wrestling Tour.- Develop and grow relationships with business leaders, youth sports leaders and entertainment attractions throughout the state of Wisconsin.- WI Director of Sales for Trusted Coaches- Oversee all company social media accounts and daily activity.- Develop and implement press releases in conjunction with program staff and media contacts.

Work in collaboration with a variety of corporations and businesses to develop and nurture successful partnerships and advertising efforts. This includes generating unique and yet simple methods to promote both sides of the spectrum through Premium Signage, Print Media, Digital Media, Broadcast, Promotions, Non-Profit Partnerships and Community Outreach.
