I provide clients with timely and constructive tax compliance services in a variety of complex areas, including:Private Equity: Coordinate preparation and perform review of Federal and State returns for PE funds with exposure to over 40 US taxing jurisdictions. Preparation of complex calculations including remedial allocations due to multiple 704(c) layers and allocations based on employee incentive units issued at PE-owned portfolio companies.Corporate Tax: Preparation and review of mid-size public corporation tax returns, including provision to return reconciliations, complex depreciation tracking, consolidation of multiple entities, and review of returns in over 40 state and local jurisdictions.

Provided Tax compliance services to individuals and small businesses. Was the #1 provider in the organization by revenue. As a result of my expertise and customer service abilities, I was referred many of the more complex small business returns that were brought in.
